Overview
The Buybox Monitor is a key part of the Price Monitor module and provides visibility into buy box status and performance across multiple regions and platforms like Amazon, Walmart etc. It helps you track how often you win or lose the buy box, identify root causes for losses and monitor performance over time using dynamic trend charts and insights.
How to view the Buy box?
- Navigate to the Price & Buybox Monitor > Buy Box.
- Select the required platform from the global switcher, which is set to Amazon by default.

- Click on the filter icon to set parameters for the data you want to view or use the quick filters on the screen to select from desired Brand, Region, Short Name or UPC, and wait for the data to load.
- Click on any of the Buy Box Status cards to update the charts and table below with relevant data.
- View the Buy Box with 7-day trend in the BUY BOX TREND chart.
- Click on the Export icon to export the data in various formats like PNG, GPG, PDF, SVG, CSV and XLXS.
- View Buy Box Retained by Sellers in a table next to trend chart.
- Click on the Export Report button to export the .pdf of detailed reports.
- Click on the Share icon to share the page with your team.
Buy Box Status Cards
At the top of the Buy Box screen there are five Buy Box Status Cards, each representing a key condition that affects your products’ buy box visibility and performance. These cards give you a quick snapshot of how your catalog is performing across different buy box outcomes.
- Buy Box Not Available: The product is not eligible for the buy box due to missing or restricted listing information.
- Product Suppression: The product is suppressed by the platform, usually due to non-compliance with listing policies.
- Product Out of Stock: The product is not available for sale because it is out of inventory.
- Lost Buy Box: The buy box is won by another seller, meaning your offer is no longer visible as the default option.
- Buy Box Retained: Your offer continues to hold the buy box, indicating strong listing health and pricing.
Each card displays the 1-Day Buy Box percentage for its respective status, along with the change compared to the previous day, which could be positive or negative (e.g., 1D Buy Box NA %: 0.63% (-7.1%)).
It also shows the total number of listings falling under that status.
Hover over the "i" button inside the card will give you 1 D & 7D details
Color Coding Followed Across the Screen
The following color codes are consistently used throughout the Buy Box screen to represent different buy box statuses:
- Green: Buy Box Won
- Red: Buy Box Lost
- Yellow: Buy Box Not Available
- Blue: Product Suppressed
- Purple: Product Out of Stock
Buy Box Trend Charts
The Buy Box Trend Chart plots buy box win % against the timeline. The trend chart displays data for the last 7 days by default, but you can switch to 14 or 28 days or select any custom time range using the filter.
- Click on any status card to include it in the Buy Box Trends chart below.
- Click again to deselect the card and remove it from the trend view.
- Select multiple cards to compare trends across different statuses.
- The chart updates automatically based on your selections.
Buybox Performance
- Click on the Buy Box Performance tab to view the overall buy box win percentage trend across the selected time range and statuses.
- Hover over any data point in the chart to view insights such as Date and buy box status percentage.

- Click on the export icon to export the chart in PNG, PDF, XLS, JPG, etc.

Buybox Winners
- Click on the Buy Box Winners tab to see the names of sellers who won the buy box.
- Each seller is shown with color coding, and you can hover over each entry to view more details, including their win percentage.
- Click on the export icon to export the chart in PNG, PDF, XLS, JPG, etc.

Buy Box Retained by Sellers Table
The Buy Box Retained by Sellers table provides seller-wise buy box performance by providing 1D Buy Box and 7-Day Avg Buy Box details along with the authorization status.
- Green circle with tick for Authorized Sellers
- Red triangle with exclamation for Unauthorized Sellers
Use this table to identify top-performing sellers and flag any unauthorized sellers winning the buy box.
How to View the Product Details Table
The Product Details Table helps you monitor Buy Box performance at the product level. It provides detailed, row-wise insights for each item.

- Navigate to Price Monitor > Buy Box monitor and scroll down to the Product Details Table section.
- Each row represents one product and includes key columns such as Product Name, ASIN, Product Icon, Platform, and Region.
- The 7-Day Trend column displays seven color-coded boxes, each representing a day’s Buy Box status and win percentage.
- Hover over any box to view more details like Date & Time, Current Buy Box Winner, Previous Buy Box Winner, Current Buy Box Price, Previous Buy Box Price, and Current Buy Box Status.

- Click on View Trend to open product specific trend pop-up.

- Click Close to go back.
- Other columns include the Current Buy Box Status, 1D Buy Box %, and 7D Buy Box % for a quick performance snapshot.
- The Current & Previous Winner columns display seller names along with authorization status symbols.
- Additional fields include MAP, Model Number, and other product attributes.
- Click the column selector dropdown to check or uncheck the columns you wish to display.

- Click the Download Detailed Report button to export the table in various formats like XLS or CSV.

1. What does the color coding in the 7-Day Trend indicate?
Green indicates the Buy Box was won, red means it was lost etc. You can hover over each day for detailed insights like Buy Box winner, price changes, and more.
2. How is the Buy Box % calculated?
The Buy Box % is calculated based on the number of times your product or seller held the Buy Box within the selected time range, divided by the total number of checks.
3. Can I export the data from the Product Details Table?
Yes, click on the Download Detailed Report button to export the table in formats like XLS or CSV for offline analysis.
4. How can I customize the Product Details Table?
Use the column selector dropdown to show or hide columns as per your preference. Look for a double arrow.
5. What do the authorization status icons mean in the Buy Box data?
A green arrow with a tick indicates an Authorized Seller, while a red warning sign indicates an Unauthorized Seller.
6. How frequently is the Buy Box data updated?
Buy Box data is typically updated every 4 hours, ensuring near real-time tracking of changes.
7. What does it mean when a product shows NA in the 7-Day Trend?
NA means the Buy Box data was not available for that particular time, possibly due to the product being out of stock or unpublished.
8. Can I edit product information from buy box screen?
Yes, click the edit (pen) icon to open the Product Details pop-up. You can make changes in the Product Details tab and view history in the Audit History tab.
9. How do the Buy Box Trend and Buy Box Retained by Sellers charts differ?
The Buy Box Trend Chart shows price or win % trends over time. The Buy Box Retained by Sellers table focuses on seller-wise Buy Box performance and authorization status.
