Overview
Hourly Sales Insights gives you near visibility into how
your products are performing throughout the hours of the day. By comparing
today’s hourly performance with yesterday and the same day last week, you can:
Spot
sudden drops or spikes in revenue, glance views, or units.
Evaluate
the immediate impact of price changes, promotions, or campaigns.
Make
faster, data-driven decisions before the day ends.
Metrics and trends are auto-refreshed based on hourly
ingestion schedules.
How to View Hourly Sales Insights
Go
to Growth Accelerator > Sales Insights.
Click
on the “Hourly Sales Insights” tab.
Use
the Quick Filters (Brand, Region, Short Name, etc.) or the Advanced
Filter icon to narrow down your view.
Select from the dropdown your required region.

KPI
card panel shows six key metrices:
Ordered Revenue (currency auto-adjusts by region): Total revenue
generated from customer orders placed during a specific hour.
Ordered Units: The total number of units ordered by customers
within each hour.
ASP (Average Selling Price): The average price at which products
were sold (ASP = Ordered Revenue / Ordered Units)
Sellable On Hand Units (as of latest hour): The number of sellable
units available in inventory at the end of the latest hour. Indicates
stock readiness for sales.
Glance Views: The total number of times customers viewed a
product detail page during a specific hour. Reflects product visibility
and shopper interest.
Conversion Rate (%): The percentage of Glance Views that resulted in
actual orders (Conversion Rate = (Ordered Units / Glance Views) * 100)
Trend Chart is an interactive chart that compares the selected metric
across:
Previous Day (Yesterday, same hours)
Same Day Last Week (same weekday)
Click on "Add Data Series" to select up to two metrics, then update chart.

The trend chart gets updated with selected metrics. View the metrics for either Previous day or for Same day Last Week.
Hover on any bar or point to see the exact values for each hour.

Click the hamburger button to export the chart.
Click on the "Graph Metric by Hour" for hourly details.

Scroll down to view the Daily View Data Table.
Click
on the Column dropdown to select the metrics of your choice.
13. Use this
table to:
- Spot
underperforming hours
- Identify
peak activity windows
- Track
operational gaps
14. Click the edit
icon next to any product row to update product details or view audit
history.
Traditional end-of-day reporting misses intraday shifts in
performance. Hourly Sales Insights lets you respond faster by
surfacing early trends like an out-of-stock spike, successful campaign lift, or
product issue.
