How do I add requests or followup to an existing ticket?

  • Step 1: Log in to your i2o Application( https://app.i2oretail.com/ ) with your credentials and click on the icon to access the Help Desk dashboard 

  • Step 2: Click on the “Tickets” tab or “My Area” tab you see on your screen 

  • Step 3: Click on the Ticket to which you want to add additional request

  • Step 4: Click on the “Comment” option you see next to the ticket properties tab, enter the additional request, and click on Submit.
