How do I create a support ticket from the i2o application?

Step 1: Visit i2o customer portal and enter your i2o user credentials to access the portal.

Step 2: Click on the i2o Help Desk Icon  that you see on the top right hand side corner of your dashboard.


Step 3: A new tab would open in your browser, and you would be re-directed to the i2o Helpdesk Page

Step 4: Once logged in, click on the “Tickets” Tab you see on your i2o Helpdesk dashboard page


Step 5: Click on “Add Ticket Tab”

Step 6: Enter the Ticket details and Submit the Ticket
