How do I view the status of my support ticket?
Step 1: Log in to your i2o Application( https://app.i2oretail.com/ ) with your credentials and click on the icon to access the Help Desk dashboard
Step 2: Click on the “Tickets” tab or “My Area” tab you see on your screen
Step 3: You would be able to see all the Historical ticket’s you have raised via i2o Help Desk
Step 4: View the “Status” of each ticket clicking on the respective ticket and viewing the status option under Ticket properties
