On the home page of the i2o Product Center, the Data Health dashboard gives you a snapshot of your product catalog's data quality across the i2o Retail platform. It highlights gaps and inconsistencies in your product data so your team can take action to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting. The KPI cards are read-only and display data quality counts for visibility only.
The Data Health dashboard shows the following indicators for your product catalog:
Duplicate UPCs: Count of products where the same UPC appears more than once in your catalog. Duplicate UPCs can affect accurate product matching and monitoring across platforms.
Missing UPC: Count of products that do not have a UPC assigned. A missing UPC may prevent accurate identification and matching of products across digital shelves.
Missing Short Name: Count of products without a short name defined. Short names are used for display and reporting within the platform.
Unknown Brand: Count of products where the brand has not been identified or assigned. Accurate brand data is required for correct categorization and filtering.
Unknown Category: Count of products that have not been assigned to a product category. Category data is used for segmentation and reporting across the platform.
MAP Not Set: Count of products for which no Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) has been configured. Without a MAP, price violation monitoring cannot be performed for these products.
Missing Model Number: Count of products without a model number. Model numbers help uniquely identify products and support accurate matching across platforms.
Total Platforms: Count of platforms where matching products have been found for your catalog.
