Using The Calendar Function

Each screen offers the Calendar Function, yet the reporting ranges available will vary across each. For example, the Exception Management and Price Monitoring modules begin outputs on a daily level, while Sales Analysis Insights and Brand Protector Benefits modules offer data visualization starting at a weekly glimpse.

How To Use The Calendar Function

Here is how to view the Calendar Function:
  1. Log in to the i2o Retail Advisor.
  2. On your desired screen, move the cursor to Calendar Reporting Range on the top right corner of the screen. The reporting range options are located to the right of the Filter Icon.
  3. Select from the Calendar Reporting Range options labeled D/W/M/Q/Y. If an icon is grayed out, then that type is not available on the selected screen. Once you make your selection, the Calendar Date Drop-Down Menu next to the Calendar Reporting Range options will update. Here are the possible range options and their definitions:
    1. D: Daily-level outputs
    2. W: Weekly-level outputs
    3. M: Monthly-level outputs
    4. Q: Quarterly-level outputs
    5. Y: Annual-level outputs
  4. Click the Calendar Date Drop-Down Menu to modify the date range of your data. Each reporting period selection offers default options and customization capabilities.
  5. To customize, select Custom in the Calendar Date Drop-Down Menu then select the desired start and end dates.
  6. Click Apply.
  7. Optional step: Click on the Filter Icon to further customize the data visualization below.
