About The Filter Function
To find the filter function, navigate to
any of the pages listed above. At the top of the screen on the right-hand side,
click on the Filter Icon to open a menu with (2) tabs:
- Filters
- Presets
Using The Filters Tab
When you click on the Filter Icon,
the default tab view is the Filter screen. The filter parameters are
broken down by two main filter types with unique options for each:
Quick Filters, including but not limited to:
- Platform (e.g., Amazon)
- Region (e.g., US)
- Product Code (e.g., ASIN)
- Short Name (e.g., Black
Headphones)
Other Filters, including but not limited to:
- Brand
- Category
- Model Number
- UPC
- Product Condition
- Product Status
- Parent Product ID (e.g. PASIN)
- Vendor Code

The Filters and
Calendar Function are an effective way to improve i2o data visualization for contextual analysis and generated insights.
How To Create A Custom Preset
Filter
When you click on the Filter Icon,
the default tab view is the Filter screen. On this screen, you can
create a customized preset filter using any parameters.
- Navigate to any screen with the
filter.
- Click the Filter Icon.
- In the first tab, select your filter
criteria. Click Save as Preset.
- You will be taken to the next
tab labeled Presets. Type a name for your preset filter and click Save
Preset.
How To Locate Existing Preset Filters
You may access Preset Filters from most
screens. In cases where there are a high number of saved preset filters, you
may also search the library to locate them quickly.
- Navigate to any screen with the
filter.
- Click the Filter Icon. The
default tab view is the Filter screen.
- Click on the second tab labeled Presets. You will see all created presets below the search bar.
- Select one of your preset
filters and click Apply.
How To Edit/Delete Existing
Preset Filters
You may access Preset Filters from most
screens. In cases where there are a high number of saved preset filters, you
may also search the library to locate them quickly.
- Navigate to any screen with the
filter.
- Click the Filter Icon.
The default tab view is the Filter screen.
- Click on the second tab labeled Presets. You will see all created presets below the search bar.
- Select one of your preset
filters:
- To edit: Click on the pencil
icon to open the menu of options and make your updated selections. Click Update
Preset.
- To delete: Click on the
trashcan icon to open a message window. Click Delete.
