About Filters In The i2o Retail Advisor

There are various screens across the i2o Retail Advisor Platform where you can segment data by making a customized product selection. This is done through the filter function that is accessible across the following screens, organized by i2o subscription type below.

About The Filter Function

To find the filter function, navigate to any of the pages listed above. At the top of the screen on the right-hand side, click on the Filter Icon to open a menu with (2) tabs:
  1. Filters
  2. Presets

Using The Filters Tab

When you click on the Filter Icon, the default tab view is the Filter screen. The filter parameters are broken down by two main filter types with unique options for each:
Quick Filters, including but not limited to:
  1. Platform (e.g., Amazon)
  2. Region (e.g., US)
  3. Product Code (e.g., ASIN)
  4. Short Name (e.g., Black Headphones)
Other Filters, including but not limited to:
  1. Brand
  2. Category
  3. Model Number
  4. UPC
  5. Product Condition
  6. Product Status
  7. Parent Product ID (e.g. PASIN)
  8. Vendor Code
The Filters and Calendar Function are an effective way to improve i2o data visualization for contextual analysis and generated insights.

How To Create A Custom Preset Filter

When you click on the Filter Icon, the default tab view is the Filter screen. On this screen, you can create a customized preset filter using any parameters. 
  1. Navigate to any screen with the filter.
  2. Click the Filter Icon.
  3. In the first tab, select your filter criteria. Click Save as Preset.
  4. You will be taken to the next tab labeled Presets. Type a name for your preset filter and click Save Preset.

How To Locate Existing Preset Filters

You may access Preset Filters from most screens. In cases where there are a high number of saved preset filters, you may also search the library to locate them quickly.
  1. Navigate to any screen with the filter.
  2. Click the Filter Icon. The default tab view is the Filter screen.
  3. Click on the second tab labeled Presets. You will see all created presets below the search bar.
  4. Select one of your preset filters and click Apply.

How To Edit/Delete Existing Preset Filters

You may access Preset Filters from most screens. In cases where there are a high number of saved preset filters, you may also search the library to locate them quickly.
  1. Navigate to any screen with the filter.
  2. Click the Filter Icon. The default tab view is the Filter screen.
  3. Click on the second tab labeled Presets. You will see all created presets below the search bar.
  4. Select one of your preset filters:
    1. To edit: Click on the pencil icon to open the menu of options and make your updated selections. Click Update Preset.
    2. To delete: Click on the trashcan icon to open a message window. Click Delete.

Filters In Sales Analysis Insights

The Sales Analysis Insights tab is activated as part of the i2o Growth Accelerator subscription. The data on this screen can be modified according to the following filter parameters:
  1. Product Selection
  2. Region
  3. Platform
  4. Brand
  5. Category
  6. Product ID
  7. Short Name

Filters In Product Alerts & Exceptions

The Product Alerts & Exceptions tab is activated as part of the i2o Growth Accelerator subscription. The data on this screen can be modified according to the following filter parameters:
  1. Product Selection
  2. Region
  3. Platform
  4. Brand
  5. Category
  6. Product ID
  7. Short Name

Filters In Operational Reports

The Operational Reports tab is activated as part of the i2o Growth Accelerator subscription. Filters are available on all tabs, including:

  1. Sales & Conversion
  2. Inventory
  3. Purchase Orders
  4. Customer Reviews
  5. Vendor Chargebacks
  6. Amazon Search Terms 
The following parameters are common across all tabs in Operational Reports:
  1. Platform
  2. Short Name
  3. Region
  4. Model Number
  5. Product Selection
  6. UPC
  7. Brand
  8. Title
  9. Category
  10. Item Number
  11. Product Group
  12. Product Status
  13. Product ID
  14. Replenishment Status
  15. Parent Product ID

The following parameters are available only on the Purchase Orders sub tab:

  1. Status
  2. PO
  3. Vendor Code

The following parameters are available only on the Vendor Chargebacks sub tab:

  1. Status
  2. Issue Type
  3. Issue ID
  4. Fulfilment Center
  5. EAN
  6. Purchase Order
  7. Charge Invoice

The following parameter is available only on the Amazon Search Terms sub tab:

  1. Search Term

Filters In Brand Protector Benefits

The Brand Protector Benefits tab is activated as part of the i2o Brand Protector subscription. The data on this screen can be modified according to the following filter parameters:
  1. Account
  2. Product ID
  3. Reseller
  4. Platform
  5. Region
  6. Brand
  7. Category

Filters In Exception Management

Exception Management is activated as part of both the i2o Growth Accelerator and i2o Brand Protector subscription types. The following parameters are common across all tabs in Exception Management:
  1. Platform
  2. Short Name
  3. Region
  4. Model Number
  5. Product Selection
  6. UPC
  7. Brand
  8. Product Title
  9. Category
  10. Item Number
  11. Product Status
  12. Product Code
  13. Replenishment Status
