About The Growth Accelerator Module

The Growth Accelerator module is activated as part of the i2o Growth Accelerator Solution. The Growth Accelerator module is used for monitoring Amazon sales performance with sales and marketplace KPIs such as Shipped COGS and Buy Box Win Percentage. It can be used to monitor and forecast Amazon sales and observe daily changes to the digital shelf.  You have access to a variety of charts and reports that offer sales trends, traffic, inventory, Buy Box, price metrics, and much more. These datapoints are aggregated in several ways across each tab to present nuanced views of your Amazon business.  Your Growth Accelerator subscription may include the i2o Weekly Business Review which summarizes this data for a given timeframe delivered as a slide deck and workbook. 

Data Access

You have access to up to 2 years of historical Amazon sales and inventory data for 1P and 3P. Your Amazon.com marketplace data (captured outside of Vendor and Seller Central) is activated at i2o onboarding and accessible throughout the lifecycle of your subscription. Outlined below is a breakdown of the tabs in the Growth Accelerator module, the data each tab displays, and how to use the data to gain valuable insights into your Amazon business.  

Sales Analysis Insights 

The Sales Analysis Insights tab integrates data for your brand's overall sales performance. This includes breakouts for 1P only, 3P only, or 1P and 3P of reported revenue for the latest week, last year's revenue, and prior period revenue. Additionally, you can filter sales for category or brand, including metrics such as Shipped COGS and Ordered Product Sales. You can track the weekly top 5 incliners and decliners, with ASIN-
level metrics readily accessible. The following 1P data is displayed by category or brand: 
  1. TW Shipped COGS   
  2. PP Shipped COGS 
  3. PP change  
  4. LY Shipped COGS  
  5. LY change  
  6. % of Total Shipped COGS  
  7. Shipped COGS YTD

The following 3P data is displayed by category or brand: 

  1. TW Ordered Product Sales  
  2. PP Ordered Product Sales  
  3. PP change  
  4. LY Ordered Product Sales 
  5. LY change  
  6. % of Total Ordered Product Sales  
  7. Ordered Product Sales YTD  
The following sales data is displayed for the Top 5 Incliners and Top 5 Decliners for the last week: 
  1. ASIN-level metrics 
  2. Changes in Shipped COGS from prior period (1P)  
  3. Changes in Shipped Units from prior period (1P)  
  4. Changes in Ordered Product Sales from prior period (3P)  
  5. Changes in Ordered Product Units from prior period (3P)  
  6. Best seller rank in the Amazon subcategory   

How To View Sales Analysis Insights

Here are the steps to view the data:  
  1. Navigate to Growth Accelerator > Sales Insights > Sales Insights.  
  2. Select the required platform from the global switcher, which is set to Amazon by default.


  3. Click on the Filter icon to view filter the data on the required parameters or use the preset filters. You can also create custom filters in this panel.  
  4. Use the Date drop down option to select the time range. The options range from weekly to yearly. 
  5. Click on the data within Sales Summary and Period YTD rows to view the detailed sales analysis report. 
  6. View the Shipped COGS and Shipped Units based on category and brand both in numerical and chart form. 
  7. View details of current week top performers as well as bottom performers. 
  8. Click on the four square icon at the top of the performers table to view the Decliner Report. 
  9. Share the data using the Share option on the right corner of the charts. 
  10. Click on the Export icon to export the data in various formats.  

Product Alerts & Exceptions  

Product Alerts & Exceptions tab within the Growth Accelerator module gives you access to key performance metrics for Amazon Vendors and Sellers.  Analyze individual product performance from the latest week with sales and marketplace metrics laid side by side. Divide overall performance by RYG to monitor indicators of sales changes, product demand, availability, visibility, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Product Alerts & Exceptions is limited to the latest week’s data loads from following sources: Amazon.com, Vendor Central, and Seller Central.  
 The two sets of graphs, Outputs and Inputs, are offering data trends from the previous week or T4 average. When you click on the red, yellow, or green segments, the table below is filtered with the results from your selection. The following data is displayed for all the products or the filtered list for the last week: 
  1. ASIN level metrics  
  2. SCOGS + OPS  
  3. Units  
  4. Glance Views (1P) / Page Views (3P)  
  5. Conversion %  
  6. Sellable Units On Hand  
  7. Weeks of Supply  
  8. OOS % 
  9. Buy Box % 
  10. Search Rank  
  11. Customer Rating  
  12. Negative Reviews 

How To View Product Alerts & Exceptions

Here are the steps to view the data:  
  1. Navigate to Growth Accelerator > Sales Insights > Product Alerts & Exceptions  
  2. Select the required platform from the global switcher, which is set to Amazon by default.
  3. Click on the Filter icon to filter the data on the required parameters or use the preset filters. You can also create custom filters in this panel.  
  4. Share the data using the Share option on the right corner of the pie charts. 
  5. Click on a section of the pie chart in the Outputs or Inputs section to view the data in a tabular format. The data in the table below the Outputs and Inputs section is updated based on the selection. 
  6. Click on the four square icon in the View Details column to get a complete performance overview of the selected product. This data can be shared using the Share option on the top. 
  7. Click on the Download icon at the top right corner of the table to download the data in Microsoft Excel file format.  

About the ASIN Pop-up

Across various sales modules, you can click on an ASIN to see product-level metrics for an individualized look at performance. Sales and marketplace metrics are laid nicely side by side to you can look at the latest week or trends over time.

The Operational Reports tab in the Growth Accelerator application lets you generate a variety of reports and graphs based on different criteria.

How To View Operational Reports

Here are the steps to view the data:  
  1. Navigate to Growth Accelerator > Marketplace Operations > Operational Reports. You can filter, share, and download the reports on each tab. 
  2. Select the required platform from the global switcher, which is set to Amazon by default.
  3. Click on the Filter icon to filter the data on the required parameters or use the preset filters. You can also create custom filters in this panel.  
  4. Share the data using the Share option on the right corner of the table. 
  5. Click on the Download icon at the top right corner of the table to download the data in Microsoft Excel file format.  
  6. Click on the data within PO Summary to view detailed purchase order report. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I able to combine or separate 1P and 3P sales data?
Yes. For all customers who have both 1P and 3P channels, you may select from Vendor only, Seller only, or Vendor + Central views.

Why aren't certain reports visible to me?
Specific reports such as Purchase Orders and Vendor Chargebacks are exclusive for 1P brands since the data is only accessible via Vendor Central.
