Overview
Price Monitor gives advanced pricing intelligence across
Amazon, Walmart, Target, iHerb + 150+ marketplaces. Track price drops, detect
Buy Box losses, identify root causes, flag MAP violations, calculate revenue
impact, and receive AI-generated insights which is all powered by the new
dual-framework engine.
How to view product Pricing details
Navigate
to Price Monitor > Pricing.
By default, the data on this screen is loaded for the latest day. To view data for a
different time period, select time range from the date
drop-down menu.
Click
on the filter icon to set parameters for the data you want to view or use
the quick filters on the screen to select from desired Brand, Region,
Short Name or UPC, and wait for the data to load.
View
the Monitoring Frequency at the top.
Click
on any of the Pricing KPI cards to update the view details table below
with relevant data.
View
the table which gives UPC level details.
Click
on the Export icon to export the report.
Pricing cards
1. Critical Alerts
Click
on any critical product, this adds a filter on the view details table.
Hover
over the drop count to get count breakdown over marketplaces.
Click
view more to load further products in critical alerts.
2. Price Drop Root Cause Flow
- This shows bar chart visualization across platforms
Click
the drop down next to the marketplace name to expand the breakdown.
Click
the desired segments to filter products by specific root cause (Seller
Dropping, Matching Retailers, etc.)
3. Monitored Products
This lists all the price drops across various platforms, the platform with highest count of price drops is considered the base line for chart.

How to View the Details Table
The View Details Table helps you analyze UPC-level pricing
trends across various marketplaces.
Navigate
to Price Monitoring > Pricing.
Scroll
down the page to locate the View Details table.
Each
row in the table is for a individual product. The product details column
has Product Name, UPC, Product Icon, etc.
Click
on the Insights button from Latest AI Insights column to open the AI
Pop-up that shows LLM Insights of the concerned product.
Click
on the status card from Current Buy box Status column to open the buy box details filtered for the selected product.

on the MAP violation card to open the MAP Violations of the selected
product. Click

You
can also extract the following insights from the table:
a. Lowest Price Platform: Displays the name of the
platform offering the lowest price for the product on the selected day.
b. For each of the top 5 marketplaces where the
product is being monitored, you can view:
i. Buy
Box Price (in dollars). Click on the price to navigate to the original PDP.
ii. Number
of Price Drops
iii. Buy
Box Sparkline: A 7-day sparkline for each marketplace, showing daily buy box
prices with 7 data points. Hover over any point on the sparkline to view the
exact date, time, price and the Buy Box status.
Choose to see/hide the sparkline using the Show Spark Lines toggle
at the top right of the table.
Click
on any Price Drop to get more details like so:
Click
on the column dropdown to select/deselect marketplace details of your
choice.
Click
on the trending up icon next to any product to open the trend
pop-up.
Select
the desired time range within the pop-up.
In
the trend pop-up, view the buy box price trend across marketplaces. Hover
over data points to see the exact value for each day.
View the Price Changes table just below the
chart.
You can select a maximum of five marketplaces to display in the table at
one time.
- Click
Close to return to the Pricing screen.
Click
on Historical Pricing, select the time range and click download. This
downloads the product’s reseller offers available from the selected time
range.
Click
on the Reseller pricing button to download the table data for any further
reference.
